Who We Are
Advising businesses on their corporate tax position, at the level of their operational activities, as well as their overall legal holding and funding structures. Currently, we’re focusing extensively on the impact of the Federal Corporate Tax Law in the UAE, and the proposed Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 tax rules under the OECD BEPS 2.0 two-pillar model.

What We Do
I have more than 24 years’ Big4 and in-house tax experience, working with multi-national groups, funds and private business, gained in the UK, Australia, Japan, and 10 years in the Middle East.
I give tax advice that is clear and actionable, based on technical and commercial considerations, and on trusted, long-term relationships. I established CoreTax Arabia to focus on this collaborative workspace, and to work with clients who want this relationship with their tax adviser.
